Regional Backgammon Champion here. Lots of cheaters everywhere. When real odds are 36% players manage to achive 90%. My advice is for you to search for another app.

You know what .. Its free .. Just down loaded and see how bad this application is ... You make the call !

Once you get the hang of playing 3-4 games in 1-2 days its kind of cool to turn on your iPhone and make one or two moves then come back and see what you opponent has done.

Im embarrassed for the developers who created this garbage. Too bad there is no such thing as a negative star.

Good game but its playing by opposite side and I have to change my side to play it should not change but anyway thanks a lot

Dice randomizer needs work. Games take too long to play.

Players are cheating in this game and should be banned. PLEASE LOOK INTO AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! I hate that players can start a game with you which starts automatically and you CAN NOT decline to play. Players keep starting games with me that I cannot keep up with. You will lose the game if you dont make your move within three days. There is a vacation mode to extend the time limit BUT IT DOES NOT WORK!! Dice are rigged NOT random. An opponent got SIX doubles in our game that I was ahead in to win the game. You can be ahead in the game, get a lousy roll and forced to make a bad move. Happens all the time and you end up losing. Customer support never took time to answer my email when I could not connect to the game.

this is by far the best online backgammon app for the iPhone. Great community, lightweight, and has a solid ranking system. would love the doubling cube to be added eventually...

This game is great when used with coliseum. I hope more good titles come out soon.

Im addicted and cant put my Iphone down. I play daily for hours sometimes. The best app I have.

Ignore those poor reviews. This is the best gaming app on my phone! This app plus the Coliseum app allow me to play my friends online, not just random people online. Plus, I can play when I want without losing a turn. The scoring system is also fair. I think the poor reviews were from those that either didnt use the Coluseum app to play with friends or just didnt take the time to explore the app. Try it out and invite me (legalair) to a game!!

Touch is off a bit still though seems better and leadis to wrong moves but now a move confirm option so last move not auto sent and you can undo. Board point color sequence has been fixed. Though green bord still has none at all. Still a great ap and nice dev is listening to feedback and updating I can live without doubling. But would be nice if gammons were scored as double games Ashame too that so so much weight seems to be given to non reviewing ratings.

NOT User friendly at ALL!!!! I will update/ start playing again when they make it more user friendly!!

Deleted it because it was a pain to just move the peaces!

This is like Words With Friends but the game is Backgammon. With an overhaul of the user interface, better graphics, addition of multi-game matches with doubling cube, and improving server communication, this could be fun. As-is, it works OK for single-game matches but often wastes minutes re-syncing with "Colleseum" server, and mechanics of play are awkward and frustrating. For online play, I prefer Backgammon Online.

I really like playing this version of backgammon. I love the multiple games at once.
